In 2009, Sonal has decided to support local public schools. If you complete a transaction with her, she will make a donation to a local public school of your choice in your name within 30 days after settlement. This program is being advertised in the athletic program at South Lakes HS in Reston, as well as to the alumni of Thomas Jefferson HS for Science & Technology. The nitty-gritty: For any transaction where the sales price is at least $300,000, the donation amount will be $500. For any transaction where the sales price is less than $300,000, the donation amount will be $250. For transactions where the sales price is above $600,000, the donation amount will be $1000! The donation program does not apply if another real estate agent referred you to Sonal Goda. |
